Admission: Admission in B.Ed at MU shall be done by the candidate will be required to submit the filled-in application form with attested copy of documents as specified in Entrance-cum-Admission Form.
Admission Procedure:-
The admission procedure is based on the CE test entranced exam.
You will be examined in the following subjects: 5 papers x 100 marks each
Paper I: Foundations of Education
Paper II: Educational Psychology
Paper III: Educational Management and Educational Evaluation
Paper IV: Information and Communication Technology in Education & Special Field.
MU B.Ed admission Eligibility: Applicants must have passed a Bachelor’s degree examination of this University or a corresponding degree examination of any other University recognized as equivalent thereto with a minimum of 45% marks in the aggregate at the Bachelor’s degree examination and must have offered subjects relating to secondary/Higher Secondary level as per the requirements laid down by the State Government in that regard.
MU B.Ed Entrance Test: Applicants will be selected through CET.
The total marks for the entrance examination will be 100 and the duration of the examination will be of 90 minutes. The questions will be objective type, covering (i) General Mental Ability, (ii) General Knowledge, (ii) General English, (iv) Broad aspects of general education and special education. Selection will be made in the order of merit.
The Entrance Test will be held on July, 2016 Hall tickets will be provided to the candidates before 10 days of the Entrance Test. In case of non-receipt of Hall Tickets 3 days before the date of Entrance Test.
Fees of B.Ed : The course fee will be charged as prescribed by the Mumbai University, Mumbai and the National Institute for the Mentally Handicapped (NIMH) RC, Mumbai.
