How can I track the delivery of my order?
- Once We shipped your book, we will send you e-mail, if you did not received our email, Please email us support@jbigdeal.com your details like postal address and date of payment, we will send you the tracking code of your product.
How much are the delivery charges?
- JbigDeaL provides free delivery any where in India.
What is the estimated delivery time?
- For all areas serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 3 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
What will happen if my area does not have courier service?
- If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your product via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
